It checks the schedule, not your memory

Each day, the Daily Monitor reads every listed flow's real run history and marks it off against what the schedule says should have happened. You read one list instead of twenty run histories.

  • Grace window around the expected time — a 5:02 start still counts for the 5:00 job
  • Per-flow time-zone override, so jobs scheduled in another region are judged on their own clock
  • Set a status by hand, with a note, when you know better — manual calls are never overwritten by a re-check
  • Filter the day to just failures or just pending, and revisit each template's day-by-day history for weeks

How do I check whether all my scheduled Power Automate flows ran today?
FlowOversee's Daily Monitor keeps a checklist of the flows you choose and marks each one off against its actual run history every day — completed, failed, still pending, or never ran. What if a flow starts a few minutes late — does it count as missed?
No. The Daily Monitor applies a grace window around each flow's expected time, so a 5:02 start still counts for the 5:00 job. A flow only shows as not run when nothing arrives within its window.
Can I monitor flows that run on schedules in different time zones?
Yes. Each flow on the checklist can carry its own time-zone override, so a job scheduled in another region is checked against its own clock, not yours.
Can I import my list of flows instead of picking them one by one?
