About FlowOversee
FlowOversee started as an idea after years of using Power Automate. I wanted one place to oversee all my flows — cloud and desktop together: failures, suspensions, and long-running runs at a glance, plus a timeline of what ran yesterday, what's running this morning, and what's scheduled for tonight, tomorrow, or a specific day next month.
So I built it as a local-first app. Everything runs on your own machine, your data stays with you, and it talks only to Microsoft's own services, on your behalf. The goal was simple: something any Power Automate user could pick up to stay on top of their flows. That's FlowOversee.
Trademarks & attribution
FlowOversee is an independent product. Microsoft, Power Automate, Power Platform, Power Automate Desktop, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Any references to these products in FlowOversee or in its documentation are nominative — that is, descriptive references used only to identify the Microsoft services FlowOversee works with.
FlowOversee is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or certified by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft has no involvement in FlowOversee's development and provides no support, warranty, or guarantee for it. Distribution through the Microsoft Store — including any certification of the app for Store distribution, which is a technical and policy review only — does not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, or support of FlowOversee by Microsoft.
All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Your use of FlowOversee and of Microsoft services
FlowOversee is a viewer for data you are already entitled to access. Your use of Power Automate, Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, and related services through FlowOversee remains subject to your own agreements with Microsoft and your organization's policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FlowOversee — including the Microsoft Entra application registration you create for it and the permissions you grant — complies with those agreements and policies, and that you hold any Microsoft or Power Automate licenses those services require.
FlowOversee requests read-only access to your flow data. It does not modify, run, or delete flows.
Disclaimer of warranties
FlowOversee is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that FlowOversee will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it displays is complete, current, or accurate.
FlowOversee is a monitoring and visibility aid, not a system of record. It reads from Microsoft services that may rate-limit, change, return incomplete data, or be temporarily unavailable, and it is equally subject to conditions on your side — network connectivity, account and permission state, and device or tenant configuration. Do not rely on FlowOversee as the sole source of truth for business-critical decisions. Always confirm critical flow status in the official Microsoft tooling.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the developer of FlowOversee be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, FlowOversee — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, any harm arising from reliance on information displayed by FlowOversee, from a missed or misreported flow status, or from any action or decision taken on the basis of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to FlowOversee will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) five U.S. dollars (US$5.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Where a liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Data & privacy
FlowOversee is local-first and does not "call home." It sends no data to the developer and contains no analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting. The only network connections it makes are directly between your device and Microsoft's service endpoints, using your own credentials. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
Distribution
FlowOversee is distributed through the Microsoft Store. Your acquisition and use of the app are also subject to the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale and the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms.
End User License Agreement
Use of the app itself is governed by the FlowOversee End User License Agreement, which you accept in the app before first use.
